December Webinars

In response to the growing popularity of our weekly webinars with Edward Joy and Sue McGarrigle we have chosen to simplify the process a little for our subscribers. From December onwards, the webinar will be hosted as a recurring Zoom meeting throughout the entire month, meaning you will only have to sign-up once for a month’s worth of webinars. This won’t commit you to every webinar, instead when you follow the registration link you will be asked which events you would like to attend.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The Methylation Cycle is a biochemical pathway which is involved in almost every bodily biochemical reaction and is central to our physical and mental well-being. This webinar will explain more simply the complex biochemistry, the genetics and some of the major tasks of methylation as well as the factors that affect it. How poor gut function affects methylation as well as the nutrition needed for the cycles to function in balance.

Just as the last of the leaves have fallen from the trees Mistletoe shines bright green and its berries shimmer like pearls on a frosty morning, it’s almost as if the other plants didn’t tell it that winter was coming. But the mistletoe is at home out in the tree tops, all alone.

Today people come and steal a kiss beneath the mistletoe, a portent of luck bestowed upon the couple for the year ahead. But throughout our history we have relied very deeply on this herb, for its vitality that radiates throughout the winter, there is perhaps no herb native to Britain that has been more revered than this one in the healing traditions.

On the 23rd December 2020, Edward Joy will be giving an in depth look at the Mistletoe herb, its uses today and throughout history.
